THE PLOT:
Image if you would a two dimensional world, a world on the verge of war because some of it's citizens want to try different
colors and a lawyer is about to discover that there there is another world above his 2-d world, his Flatland, a 3-D.
He meets A Sphere who abducts him to show all the wonders of his world but bringing a Flatlander to the world of 3 dimensions
causes more trouble then A Sphere realizes.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Now I got to admit I was surprised, I know the guy who animated this movie. That's right the guy, he did it alone. A complicated
feature length film that would have taken a larger company like PIXAR an army of animators to do, one man did. Amazing, plus
he built a recording room in his garage to do the voice over work and again I've seen larger movies with worse sound, the
sound and the video is incredible. It's an amazing feet. The characters work for the most part. There are some story issues,
but that was mainly Edwin A. Abbott's who wrote the old novel, but it raises many interesting questions about aliens and bigotry.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd, the feet one man did for this movie is incredible. The story works but there are character issues for
me. The King of Flatland is such a jerk. But I did enjoy and was amazed by the animation and the sound. But I should warn
parents, this ain't no Disney story, it's graphic violence might frighten children under 8 years old. 9 STARS as well.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ ANIMATION (The fact that one person can do such great animation by himself shows that computers and human ingenuity is growing
in leaps and bounds.)
+ SOUND (Again, an amazing sound considering it was a home made sound booth recording studio.)
+ STORY (For the most part the story works.)
+ ACTING (The acting was amazing.)
+ CHARACTERS (The characters worked mostly.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- BIGOTRY (VOLTRON wasn't happy about the bigotry in the movie, but considering when the book was written, it was sending
a message.)
...AND FINALLY...
- NOT FOR YOUNG KIDS (The graphic violence and somewhat gore images may frighten kids under 8.)
